Matthew A. Pavlak is Senior Director of Contracts, providing strategic leadership and oversight of contract management activities, including the review and approval of proposals and contracts and senior level counsel to develop partnerships and resolve issues with internal and external customers.
Previously, Mr. Pavlak served as the Director of Contracts of professional services and management consulting small business specializing in advanced business analytics and information systems solutions in Arlington, Virginia. Before transitioning to the contracts industry, Pavlak served as a federal government contracts litigation attorney. Pavlak received his law degree from George Washington University Law School, and his undergraduate degree in Political Science (focusing on advanced political theory and power) from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Pavlak has extensive regulatory and compliance experience supporting federal government contractors in successfully transitioning from small to large businesses. He brings expertise in negotiating federal government contracts, drafting cost proposals, and developing and implementing the internal infrastructure small businesses need to transition to a competitive large business.
