Mr. Rich Lowell is Vice President of Strategy at AbleVets, responsible for developing and assessing our business strategies, as well as exploring new paths to deliver greater value to key stakeholders, including clients, partners and employees, which align with our mission. Mr. Lowell brings more than 20 years experience in the health information technology and services industry. He joins AbleVets from Accenture Federal Services, where he served as Managing Director, Digital Health, focused on the delivery and evolution of federal health IT solutions. Previously, Lowell held executive leadership roles for Agilex and Integic.
